Device Setup / Subscription Import
VPNRS Setup Guide
Go from the user panel to a connected device. If you already have an account or have paid, jump to the relevant step; for your first setup, follow the steps in order.
Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
Open the account page below and set a username and password as prompted. VPNRS does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username you can keep track of and a unique password for this service. Check your entries before submitting to avoid including extra spaces in your login details.
Once your account is created, open the user panel. Confirm that it shows the account you just created before choosing a plan. If you already have an account, sign in with it; there is no need to create another account for a different device. VPNRS allows unlimited simultaneous devices. You can install the client on other devices later and use the subscription from the same account.
Before leaving this page, save your login details in a trusted password manager. Your account password gets you into the panel; your subscription link gives the client its route configuration. They serve different purposes. It is normal not to see a route list yet. First complete the next step and check your order and plan, then get your subscription from Account Overview.
Choose a Plan and Review Your Order
Open the plans section in the panel. First choose between a monthly subscription and a data package, then select the amount of data you need. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. If you upgrade partway through, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
Data packages suit flexible use based on your actual consumption: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. They last until used and never expire. When comparing plans, first consider which billing model fits your usage, then compare the data allowance. Monthly reset terms do not apply to data packages. See the plans and pricing page for full details.
After choosing a plan, check the plan, amount, and billing method in your order, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the panel and check the order status and plan details on your account. If the payment page shows success but the plan has not appeared in the panel, refresh and check the original order before placing another one.
VPNRS offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for application steps and terms. Once your plan is active, go to Account Overview to get your subscription. The payment page is not for client setup, and you should not paste order details into the client.
Get your subscription from the panel
Open Account Overview in the user panel and find the subscription or configuration import section. If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and paste it into the subscription URL field in the client. Before importing, make sure your plan is active and check that data is still available.
A subscription link is not a regular website address. It lets the client retrieve route and connection settings. If you open it in a browser and see downloaded content or text, that does not mean the connection has succeeded. Instead, give the link to a client that supports subscription management, then update it in the client and wait for the route list to appear.
Use the copy button in the panel instead of copying the link by hand. After pasting, check that the full address is there and that no line breaks, notes, or spaces were added. This guide does not provide a working subscription link; get yours from your personal panel after signing in. Do not post the link publicly or show its full contents in screenshots.
If you have copied the link but are not installing the client yet, avoid leaving it in a shared clipboard, public document, or chat history for long. To use another device, sign in to the panel on that device and get the link again. Keep access to the panel after importing your subscription so you can check your plan, update the configuration, and troubleshoot connection issues.
Importing the Client on Each Platform
Open the downloads section in the panel, choose the VPNRS client for your device, and follow the instructions there. The Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients are available to download after you sign in. For iOS, your account plan must be active to access the download; follow the panel prompts. This page does not host installers, so you can avoid using an outdated file or a client that does not match your current setup.
After installation, use the client’s subscription or configuration manager. Do not enter server settings manually in your system network settings. The sections below point to common locations on each platform. If the options are labeled “Import from URL,” “Add subscription,” or “Remote configuration,” choose the one that accepts a subscription link, not a local file.
Windows: Manage Configurations and System Proxy
Get the Windows VPNRS client from the panel’s downloads section. Install it as prompted, then open the main window. Go to the subscription or configuration page, choose the option to add from a link, paste the address copied from the panel, and save. Update the subscription. When the route names appear, set the imported configuration as the active one. Adding the address without selecting a configuration may not start the connection process.
Return to the connection page, select a route, then enable the connection or system proxy as prompted by the client. If closing the window leaves the program running in the system tray, reopen the main window from its tray icon to check the status. For your first test, visit the target website in a browser. Whether an individual desktop app uses the system proxy depends on its own settings, so one app’s result alone does not show that the entire subscription has failed.
macOS: Import a Subscription and Grant System Permissions
Get the macOS VPNRS client for your device and open it from Applications after installation. Go to configuration or subscription management, add a remote subscription, paste the link, and update. If you use the import option in the panel, your browser may ask to open the client. Check that it is the correct app before proceeding.
When you select a configuration and connect, macOS may ask to allow a network configuration or confirm related permissions. Make sure the request comes from the client you just installed, then grant permission as prompted. Return to the client to check the connection status, keep it running, and test access in a browser. If macOS denied a required permission, restore it as prompted instead of repeatedly importing the same subscription.
Android: Import a Link and Grant VPN Permission
Get the Android VPNRS client from the panel, install and open it, then go to the subscription or configuration list and choose the option to add a link. If you switched apps while copying the address, check that the clipboard still contains the complete subscription link. Save it and update manually. Once the route list loads, select the current configuration and the route you need.
The first time you connect, Android usually asks you to confirm VPN permission. Check the app name and allow it. If the connection stops after switching apps or turning off the screen, check the client’s background activity restrictions in system battery settings, then return to the client and check again. Settings labels vary by device; look for options such as “Battery” or “Background activity.” There is no need to change accounts or pay again.
iOS: Import a Configuration and Allow the Connection
In an account with an active plan, open the downloads section in the panel and follow the iOS instructions to get the client. After installation, use the matching import option in the panel or paste the link manually into the client’s subscription or configuration manager. Update the subscription and make sure the list shows routes you can select, not just a subscription name.
When you connect, iOS will ask to allow a VPN configuration to be added. Confirm as prompted. If you have other connection tools installed, disconnect them first to avoid competing for the system VPN configuration. Return to the current client, select a route, and connect. Then test in a browser. The VPN status icon only shows that the configuration is running; visit the target service to confirm it is accessible.
Linux: Follow the Panel’s Configuration Instructions
VPNRS also supports Linux. Get the appropriate client from the panel’s downloads section, then follow its instructions to install it and import your subscription. Distributions, desktop environments, and network managers vary, so do not assume that permission steps from another system will apply. After importing the configuration, check in this order: select the configuration, choose a route, connect, and test access.
Connect and Verify
After importing, make sure the active configuration is the VPNRS subscription you just updated, then select a route and connect. For your first test, choose a region shown in the client and keep the route unchanged while you verify access. Switching regions repeatedly can make troubleshooting results harder to interpret and may prompt services that expect a consistent region to recheck your sign-in environment.
Open a browser and visit the international website you want to use. Check that the page loads and that its features work after you sign in. To check your outgoing IP, visit My IP and compare the result with the region of your selected route. A failed lookup does not necessarily mean the connection has failed; caching, the lookup request itself, and split-tunneling settings can all affect the result. Check it alongside access to the website you actually want to use.
If regular websites work but a particular app does not connect, first check whether the app uses the system proxy and whether the client is in the expected routing mode. For services such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, network access does not guarantee that account region requirements, service eligibility, or risk checks will pass. For differences between the web app, API, and developer tools, see the AI connectivity guide. Advanced configuration is outside the scope of this page.
If none of your target websites open, return to the panel and check your plan and data allowance. Then check whether the subscription updates, the right configuration is selected, and the necessary system permissions are enabled. Disconnect and reconnect, then try another route already available in the client if needed. Change one setting at a time so you can identify what restores access.
If the issue persists, open a support ticket in the panel and describe your operating system, the error shown in the client, the step where the issue occurs, and the checks you have tried. Hide your subscription link and other sensitive account details before sharing screenshots. Do not include your password. Specifying whether the problem is “import failed,” “connection failed,” or “a specific website failed” makes it easier to diagnose than simply saying it does not work.
