Service Scope

VPNRS provides international route subscriptions and configuration access for cross-border connectivity, with coverage across 100+ countries and 160+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Clients and subscription configurations are available through the user panel; check the panel for currently available routes.

The service provides network connectivity, not accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Access to a destination service remains subject to its regional, account, and usage requirements. Route coverage does not mean every destination website will be accessible, nor does it guarantee ongoing access to specific content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and configuration files secure, and do not post them on public pages. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password and explain the situation in a support ticket. A subscription link is an access credential and should not be forwarded like an ordinary URL.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time when they are managed by the same user. This does not permit sharing an account with other users. Without authorization, you may not resell, rent out, or publicly distribute subscriptions, or package route connectivity as a service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The unlimited device allowance does not change package traffic rules; traffic from all devices is counted under the relevant subscription. See the Packages page for pricing.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any region relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of destination websites. You may not use the service for unlawful activities such as fraud, cyberattacks, distributing malicious software, obtaining data without authorization, or infringing another person's privacy or intellectual property.

You may not disrupt the operation of routes or the user panel, or attempt to obtain another user's credentials or access permissions. You are responsible for your actions, transmitted content, and use of third-party accounts. Network connectivity provided by VPNRS does not replace your obligation to obtain any necessary authorization.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, destination service policies, and route maintenance. VPNRS does not guarantee a fixed speed, a fixed exit address, or continuous access to any particular third-party service. Maintenance, troubleshooting, and upstream network changes may result in route adjustments or interruptions.

If an issue occurs, consult the guide and submit a support ticket with your platform, error message, and the circumstances in which the issue occurred. Do not send your password or complete subscription link. VPNRS accepts applicable liability under the laws that apply. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit it, or remove any rights you have under applicable law because of a network issue.

Account Suspension and Termination

For unlawful use, unauthorized resale or sharing, attacks on service systems, or similar conduct, VPNRS may suspend the relevant access based on the risk and request an explanation. Where there is ongoing harm, repeated violations, or a legal requirement to stop providing service, access to the account may be terminated.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may request a review through a user panel support ticket and provide relevant details. The review will consider the facts, scope of impact, and applicable law; these terms do not replace an assessment of the circumstances of an individual case.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

When service rules change, VPNRS will update these terms and the last-updated month on this page. Changes affecting users' main rights and obligations will include details about when they take effect, provided through an on-site announcement or the user panel. Review changes before continuing to use the service. If you disagree, you may submit a support ticket. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights already acquired under applicable law.
